We've heard repeatedly that freshness is very important to get an edge in the job search. That's why we invested in infrastructure to discover new jobs every evening, often before other aggregators like LinkedIn or Indeed.
We connect directly with applicant tracking systems to identify top engineering jobs and determine whether we should include them in the Taro database. Because we don't have a direct job upload feature, we don't have the "fake" job problem that is rampant on LinkedIn and Indeed.
