1Password is seeking a Solutions Engineer, Enterprise (French) to join their remote team in the UK. This role involves working closely with Enterprise teams within Go-to-Market to improve sales productivity and deal flow by providing technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and French, 3+ years of experience in customer-facing activities in a B2B environment, and 2+ years of experience working directly with enterprise customers as a Solutions Engineer. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Marketing, Product Management, and Support resources, interacting with customer technical decision-makers, and ensuring proposed deals include technical solutions that address Enterprise customer needs. The role requires strong presentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects. Responsibilities For Solutions Engineer, Enterprise (French)
- Work closely with Enterprise teams within Go-to-Market to improve sales productivity and deal flow
- Provide technical expertise to help achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Support resources
- Interact with key customer technical decision-makers
- Ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that address Enterprise customer needs
- Participate in technical discoveries, consultations, and demo calls
- Complete RFPs/RFIs
- Manage tier 2 product launch related projects
- Create, update, and verify internal knowledge base content
- Create short recorded demo videos for customers
- Occasional travel for in-person engagement with team members and customers
Requirements For Solutions Engineer, Enterprise (French)
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and French
- 3+ years experience in customer-facing activities in a B2B environment
- 2+ years experience working directly with enterprise customers as a Solutions Engineer
- Ability to disseminate and popularize technical information for a general audience
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Keen eye for detail and quality
- Excitement when it comes to investigating, testing and exploring solutions for customers
- High degree of independence, leading projects confidently with minimal to no oversight
- Exceptional adaptability, managing several high-priority projects at once without compromising on quality
- Thrives both independently and within a dynamic team setting
- Familiarity with SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, and SaaS
- Experience working with SaaS tools and in the security industry is an asset
