As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you'll lead the development of metrics, reporting, visualizations, and predictive analytics to support strategic decision-making. The position requires strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable insights. You'll work closely with product managers to research employee behaviors and develop automated reporting systems that measure the impact of product enhancements on employee onboarding.

The team maintains a highly collaborative, fast-moving culture focused on creating a seamless, intelligent onboarding experience for new hires. You'll be instrumental in leveraging data to uncover insights that improve the new hire experience at Amazon. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $89,600 to $185,000 based on location, plus additional benefits including equity and sign-on payments.

This position combines technical expertise with business strategy, requiring proficiency in SQL, Python, and various BI tools. You'll work with large-scale datasets, build ETL pipelines, and create sophisticated dashboards while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
