You'll serve as a 'Cloud Ambassador,' providing technical support through various channels including phone, email, and web chat. Your responsibilities encompass advanced troubleshooting, developing customer solutions, and working closely with development teams on complex issues. Linux

  • Experience operating and troubleshooting email services using SMTP protocol
  • 3+ years of professional experience
