Amazon Worldwide Advertising, one of Amazon's fastest-growing divisions, is seeking a Data Engineer II for their Partner Experience and Growth (PEG) organization. This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics and business value creation, focusing on building solutions that benefit advertising partners and customers. The position involves working with the Data Engineering team that maintains the partner data platform (Barnegat) and supports various internal teams including Analytics, Science, Finance, and Partner Trust.

As a Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale data structures, creating both real-time and batch data ingestion processes, and developing scalable analytical solutions. The role requires expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and AWS technologies. You'll work closely with scientists and engineers to create efficient algorithms and maintain best practices in data system creation.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $118,900 to $205,600 based on location, plus additional benefits including equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive medical coverage. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of data engineering experience, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
