Data Engineer II, Workforce Intelligence

Amazon's Workforce Intelligence team is seeking a Data Engineer to join their mission of designing the ideal workforce to meet customer promises. This role is crucial in supporting the Workforce Staffing organization, which handles high-volume hiring for Amazon's largest candidate population – Tier 1 Associates. As a Data Engineer, you'll work with massive datasets to build end-to-end analytical solutions that are highly available, scalable, and secure. You'll be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, implementing both real-time and batch data ingestion processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Intelligence Engineers.
