Senior Solutions Architect, National Security Solutions Architecture Team

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join their National Security team in Denver, CO. This high-visibility role serves as a crucial bridge between AWS and Intelligence Community customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor on mission-critical challenges. The position combines hands-on technical work with high-level architectural design and cloud strategy development.

As a Solutions Architect, you'll work closely with government customers to design and implement complex cloud solutions while ensuring security and compliance with Intelligence Community requirements. The role demands a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to influence both external stakeholders and internal AWS teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud computing, systems engineering, and infrastructure architecture, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences. This position requires an active Top Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship, with the need to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

AWS offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $138,200 to $239,000 based on geographic location, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
