Responsibilities For Assembly Process Integration Engineer

  • Develop, evaluate, and improve microelectronic laser, interconnect, stacking, and packaging processes
  • Drive process readiness activities and prepare for transfer to manufacturing
  • Implement procedures to inspect, test, and evaluate reliability of equipment
  • Establish SPC systems and maintain data collection
  • Connect with multi-functional groups on schedules, metrics, and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with vendors to assess specifications and evaluate products
  • Define integrated device critical quality metrics

Requirements For Assembly Process Integration Engineer

Python
  • BS degree
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
  • MS degree preferred
  • Experience in thin-films development and integration
  • Experience in leading engineering projects
  • Skilled with statistics and data analysis software (JMP, Minitab, Python)
  • Strong knowledge of engineering methodology and quality assurance methods
  • Advanced technical knowledge of laser systems and automation equipment
  • Experience with calipers, laser energy meters, and automation equipment
  • Ability to set up and maintain assembly robot systems
  • Experience in hermetic sealing processes
  • Statistical analysis and problem-solving tools knowledge
  • Understanding of characterization and FA techniques
