Apple is seeking a Baseband Hardware Design Engineer to join their Hardware Technology group. This diverse role involves working on the digital and power management domain of all wireless chipsets in Apple products, from concept to product announcement. The position offers an opportunity to work with world-class architects and IC designers on next-generation chipset development.

As a Baseband Hardware Design Engineer, you'll be responsible for driving the architecture, design, and implementation of baseband systems across Apple's product line. Responsibilities For Baseband Hardware Design Engineer

  • Architecture, design, implementation, and integration of baseband system for Apple products
  • Work with architects and IC designers on next-gen chipset's Power/Digital/Clock management
  • Drive schematics/layout/bring-up of development and form factor HW
  • Debug HW/SW/Co-existence issues
  • Cross-functional collaboration with other teams (Apple SoC, battery, sensors, iOS, etc)

Requirements For Baseband Hardware Design Engineer

  • BSEE and 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong electrical engineering fundamentals
  • Experience with schematic capture, layout design and review
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
