Manager of EPMs - SWE Factory

Apple is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Factory Software EPM team, supporting software and hardware integration efforts. This role offers an opportunity to exercise interpersonal, organizational, technical, analytical, and leadership skills. You will oversee a team of diverse EPMs managing software deliverables to factories during various hardware builds—from development through mass production—for all of Apple's hardware.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating control runs at factories to ensure smooth project rollouts
• Creating and driving strategic roadmaps and load balancing your team
• Developing internal program processes to support efficiency
• Supporting technical sessions with multi-functional teams and escalating when necessary
• Nurturing, growing, and empowering team talent without compromising program timelines

The ideal candidate will possess technical acumen, familiarity with factory processes, and strong communication skills. This role requires managing team members in multiple office locations, strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies, and experience collaborating with engineering teams and senior leaders to define requirements and prioritize requests.
