Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to work across our application stack (Rails, Node.js, React, Postgres, Jenkins, Elastic, Prometheus, Sentry, Docker, Golang, Ansible).

In this role you will:

• Plan, lead, and do the work to migrate, manage and support onsite infrastructure within our on-prem and cloud environments
• Support and advance development tools and technologies to reduce friction when shipping to production
• Support the deployment of new features and applications by collaborating with fellow infra engineers, developers and designers, as well as users and stakeholders
• Review code and collaborate on pull requests with your team members
• Identify and optimize infrastructure performance bottlenecks that impact developer happiness and user workflows
• Plan and upgrade our infrastructure and technology stacks to avoid technical debt
• Support the troubleshooting, mitigation and fixing of production issues involving our Applications, Databases, Networks and Proxies using Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, Kibana, WireShark and other monitoring and debugging tools
• Constantly learn and improve your own technical skills by reading code, documentation, running experiments and collaborating with your colleagues
