The ideal candidate will bring senior-level expertise in DFT engineering, with profound knowledge of SystemVerilog RTL, TCL, Python, and Unix/Linux environments. Your expertise should span hierarchical scan, ATPG, Memory BIST, JTAG/IJTAG, fault simulation, and gate-level verification. Familiarity with industry-standard DFT tools from Siemens, Cadence, or Synopsys is essential.
