The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work across time zones, as you'll be collaborating with global teams to identify and combat abuse cases. You'll be part of a diverse team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, working in over 40 languages to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google's products.
Key responsibilities include taking command in critical Ads incidents, conducting impact assessments, contributing to crisis management, and reviewing past incidents to strengthen future responses. The ideal candidate should have 10 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
