Software Engineer II

As a mid-level engineer, you'll work on challenging projects that directly impact our platform's ability to protect digital assets worldwide. You'll collaborate with senior engineers, interact with customer success managers, and contribute to building features that serve both our hacker community and our corporate clients.

Your journey at HackerOne will begin with a warm online welcome and a comprehensive onboarding process. You'll quickly dive into our tech stack, which includes Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, ReactJS, and more. Within 60 days, you'll be actively committing code and developing a knack for efficient engineering on our codebase. By the 90-day mark, you'll be ready to lead your first project and will have developed strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

We're looking for a tech enthusiast with 2+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, and TypeScript is required, with knowledge of Generative AI, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, and GraphQL being a plus. You should be comfortable working remotely and be based in the UK or Poland.
