Staff Field Application Engineer - IE-IOT

Qualcomm is seeking a Staff Field Application Engineer to join their IE-IOT Task Force team in Japan. This role involves working with highly motivated engineers and industrial players in the Japan region for designing & developing system on modules and products based on Qualcomm's IoT-focused SoCs.

The position requires expertise in embedded systems and will focus on supporting customers with Qualcomm's cutting-edge AI, Machine learning, computer vision, security, and wireless technologies. You'll be responsible for understanding customer requirements, communicating with internal teams, and helping external stakeholders implement their applications on Qualcomm platforms.

Key technical areas include experience with embedded systems, C/C++ programming, Python, and familiarity with various operating systems including Linux, Ubuntu, and Windows. The role involves both technical support and project management aspects, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
