Staff Engineer- Camera HWL

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Staff Engineer for their Camera Hardware team. This role focuses on developing embedded software for camera functions in mobile, automotive, and XR devices. The position requires extensive experience in camera sensor technology, image processing, and driver development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for camera driver development, end-to-end use case design, and feature implementation. They will work with image processing algorithms, handle debugging and optimization tasks, and collaborate with global teams and external customers. The role demands strong expertise in C++ programming, operating system fundamentals, and real-time systems.

Key technical requirements include proficiency in V4L2 drivers, RTOS, interrupt handling, and System-on-Chip architecture. The position requires 9+ years of experience and a deep understanding of camera/video frameworks.
