The role involves working closely with senior Private Equity executives and their Portfolio Company Executives, helping them leverage Salesforce's platform to achieve strategic objectives and enhance customer experiences across sales, service, marketing, and commerce. You'll be responsible for developing unique perspectives on value creation opportunities, conducting thorough analysis, and contributing to customer-facing engagements.
As a Manager, you'll support the senior team in identifying new opportunities and influencing sales cycles through value-based selling, considering each portfolio company's specific transformation needs. You'll collaborate with product specialists, solution engineers, account teams, and industry experts to effectively serve private equity-owned companies.
The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and strong relationship management skills. You'll be involved in due diligence processes, growth strategy development for carve-outs and new acquisitions, and post-announcement business model optimization. The role also includes coaching responsibilities for junior team members and contributing to the practice's strategic growth initiatives.
Working in a hybrid environment (minimum three days per week in office), you'll need to be comfortable with travel (>30% of time) and have experience in private equity, venture capital, consulting, or related fields.
