Salesforce AI Technical Manager

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce AI Architect Manager with over 10 years of expertise in implementing and designing solutions around AI and machine learning. This is a People manager role and requires PM experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and leading AI-driven initiatives within the Salesforce platform. You will play a critical role in engaging with clients, providing technical leadership, and delivering scalable AI solutions. This role involves leading pre-sales discussions, designing advanced AI solutions, and overseeing successful project execution.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in the IT Industry with at least 6+ years relevant experience in Data Science or AI related technologies
• Strong pre-sales experience, including technical presentations, RFP responses, and solution design
• Expertise in Salesforce Einstein AI and its applications
• Experience with AI/ML algorithms, generative AI techniques, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
