Unlike other platforms, every coach on Taro has been a full-time engineer for a meaningful part of their career. We don't believe in business gurus or life coaches who have never worked in tech. The majority of our coaches are based in the US or Canada with a mix of experience in FAANG, startups, and top tech companies. If you'd like to get matched with a coach from a specific background, just let us know.

The coaching sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. You are welcome to use your sessions quickly if you have a critical decision coming up, but more commonly, engineers will meet their coach monthly.
