Love the framework! I'm a little bit at a loss since I feel like I don't exactly fit into the various archetypes defined here, but I think I'll get there if I put some more thought into it. I'm definitely bringing up whatever I land on in my next 1:1 with my manager.
I’ve never really sat down to think about what I really want to do vs. what I feel like is the next natural step. I didn’t even consider some of the career paths we talked about before this!
It was interesting. I never have successfully received a tech role (live in a rural area and unable to relocate) but this is probably helpful for those navigating through roles in a technical career path.
