Report Developer

10Pearls is an award-winning digital development company that specializes in product design, development, and technology acceleration. We're seeking a Report Developer to join our team in Costa Rica and Peru. This role focuses on data capture, analysis, and maintenance for dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data engineering and visualizations, with expertise in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.

The role involves transforming and validating data, creating semantic models, and developing executive-facing dashboards. You'll work closely with stakeholders to iterate on reports, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and ensure optimal dashboard performance. We value technical expertise combined with strong communication skills to create documentation and transfer knowledge effectively.
