Responsibilities For Senior Quality Engineer
- Develop and monitor quality plans, policies, and procedures
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee validation and verification activities
- Manage internal and external audits
- Develop supplier quality management programs
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments
- Monitor supplier performance through metrics and KPIs
- Lead quality improvement initiatives
- Provide training and mentorship to junior quality engineers
Requirements For Senior Quality Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant scientific or engineering discipline
- 7 years of experience in quality engineering
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485, GMP)
- Experience in conducting audits and managing CAPA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Quality certification (CQE, CQA) preferred
- Life science industry experience preferred
