Footprint Engineer

The Footprint Engineer role at 1GLOBAL involves managing and optimizing the footprint of their diverse product range. Key responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing footprint management of all 1GLOBAL products
2. Designing and structuring SIM and eSIM profiles
3. Planning and executing update campaigns
4. Troubleshooting support cases
5. Streamlining footprint update procedures
6. Performing implementations in live environments
7. Defining Quality and Performance indicators
8. Conducting Capacity and Performance Analysis
9. Maintaining relationships with external partners

Qualifications:

• Degree in Telecom Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of 3GPP, ETSI standards for SIM/eSIM
• Experience with protocols like MAP, S6a
• Familiarity with RSP architecture
• Basic programming and scripting skills
• Experience with protocol analyzer tools
• Knowledge of ETSI NFV architecture
• Familiarity with MVNO/MVNE/MVNA architectures
