Footprint Engineer

1GLOBAL, a dynamic and innovative force in telecommunications and technology, is seeking a talented Footprint Engineer to manage and optimize the footprint of their diverse product range. Founded by Hakan Koç and Pyrros Koussios, 1GLOBAL is a privately owned company with over $100 million in revenue, serving 42 countries with voice, data, and SMS services.

As a Footprint Engineer, you will:

• Oversee footprint management of all 1GLOBAL products
• Design and structure SIM and eSIM profiles
• Plan and execute update campaigns
• Troubleshoot support cases
• Innovate processes for footprint updates
• Perform implementations in live environments
• Define Quality and Performance indicators
• Conduct Capacity and Performance Analysis

Qualifications:

• Degree in Telecom Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of 3GPP, ETSI standards for SIM/eSIM
• Experience with protocols like MAP, S6a
• Familiarity with RSP architecture
• Basic programming and scripting skills
• Experience with protocol analyzer tools
• Knowledge of ETSI NFV architecture
• Familiarity with MVNO/MVNE/MVNA architectures
