Telecom Billing Engineer

As a Telecom Billing Engineer, you'll be part of an international team driving the development of 1Global's entitlement server platform. The role involves designing and implementing new services, maintaining existing components, and testing applications. You'll work between product and technology teams, contributing to the Mediation and Billing solution delivery and full life-cycle of product lines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building high-impact features and contributing to architecture design
• Advocating for high quality, readability, and high test coverage
• Working with Agile methodology
• Identifying areas for improvement and promoting them through integrations and documentation
• Mentoring junior members and contributing to code reviews

Requirements:

• Good understanding of billing in telecom/utilities industries
• Experience with billing systems (e.g., Amdocs, CSG, Oracle BRM)
• Experience with mediation systems (e.g., DigitalRoute MediationZone) is a plus
• Proficiency with REST APIs and basic software development skills
• Familiarity with relational databases, GIT, and CI/CD flows
• Basic understanding of cloud services and scalable infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills in English
