Responsibilities For Junior SaaS Engineer
- Handle first-level client requests and provide solutions to PV or Wind technical issues
- Assist with deployment of assets into the SynaptiQ platform
- Implement new features and improvements under supervision
- Carry out testing of new features and updates
- Assist in analyzing and resolving Second and Third-Level requests
- Propose and implement solutions to improve internal tools and processes
- Keep up-to-date with latest developments in SaaS technologies and renewable energy market requirements
Requirements For Junior SaaS Engineer
- Engineering degree (renewable energy, mechanical, electrical engineering or related field)
- Full proficiency in English
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
