Responsibilities For Solution Engineer - Pre-sales

  • Understand customer challenges and articulate the value of SaaS solutions
  • Deliver compelling product demos and proofs of concept
  • Gather and analyze customer use cases
  • Partner with Product Management to share customer insights
  • Optimize workflows between Sales, Operations, and R&D
  • Lead technical response to RFPs and RFIs

Requirements For Solution Engineer - Pre-sales

  • Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in the renewable energy sector
  • At least 1 year in technical sales or sales engineering role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Solid understanding of sales engineering processes
  • Strong blend of technical expertise and commercial awareness
  • Based in Raleigh, NC with 3 days per week in office
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
