Senior Software Engineer

3Pillar Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their elite team of visionaries. Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating communication with client stakeholders
• Crafting efficient, performant, testable, scalable, and secure code
• Participating in planning and estimation efforts
• Gathering requirements and presenting developed features
• Executing complex activities within current methodologies
• Collaborating with team members to drive client success
• Engaging in agile software development practices
• Mentoring others and supporting technical growth
• Independently driving project delivery

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Proficiency in Java, Angular, SQL, and Database knowledge
• Expertise in AWS and Agile methodologies
• Strong OOP principles and high-level design skills
• Experience with enterprise-level systems
• Mentoring experience and initiative
• Understanding of SOLID principles and OWASP
• Proficiency in English

Additional desired experience includes ORMs, architectural and design patterns, unit testing, cloud containers, and client-specific technologies.
