As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:
- Guide the technical direction and implementation for the team
- Evaluate trade-offs to ensure the development of the right solution
- Lead technical documentation and repository management practices
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and complex bug fixes
- Mentor other engineers and support the growth of technical capabilities
Requirements include:
- 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
- Proficiency in .NET CORE (3+ years)
- Solid experience with AWS Cloud environments (3+ years)
- Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases (3+ years each)
- Microservices, Docker/Containerization, and APIs expertise
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- High level of English proficiency

- Independently guide the technical direction and implementation by the whole team
- Evaluate trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact
- Create and lead the team's technical documentation and repository management practices
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and addressing complex bug fixes
- Be an active leader in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring Senior Engineers and others

- 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
- Proficiency in .NET CORE (3+ years)
- Solid experience with AWS Cloud environments (3+ years)
- Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases (3+ years each)
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Solid experience with microservices
- Experience with Docker / Containerization
- Solid experience working with APIs (3+ years)
- Solid experience with Unit Testing (2+ years)
- Experience with Object Oriented Programming and SOLID Principles
- High level of English proficiency
- Experience leading Agile software development methodologies
- Expertise in applying object-oriented programming
- High-level design proficiency following UML / C4 / ArchiMate
- Very good knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns, SOLID principles, and OWASP
