As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality, efficient, and secure code while facilitating effective communication with client stakeholders. You'll actively participate in agile software development processes, including planning, estimation, and daily stand-ups. Your role will involve gathering requirements, presenting developed features, and independently driving project delivery within defined architectures.
We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in PHP development, strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, and proficiency in agile methodologies. You should be comfortable mentoring other engineers, have a good understanding of SOLID principles, and be familiar with OWASP security practices.

Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer - PHP
- Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations
- Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality
- Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools
- Proficiently gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients
- Execute complex activities within the current methodology and quality standards
- Promote client success across the team by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers
- Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities
- Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams
- Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture
Requirements For Senior Software Engineer - PHP
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise in the specified areas
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies
- Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation)
- High-level design proficiency following UML/CC4 / ArchiMate
- Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems
- Practice and initiative mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization
- Good understanding of SOLID principles
- Familiarity with OWASP
- Proficiency in the English language
