Senior Software Engineer PHP & React

3PILLAR GLOBAL is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in PHP & React to join their remote team in Guatemala. The position emphasizes both technical excellence and leadership, as you'll be expected to mentor other engineers and contribute to the Engineering Practice community.

Key technical requirements include expertise in PHP, React, Object-Oriented Programming, and modern development practices including Docker/Kubernetes. You'll work with enterprise-level systems, applying SOLID principles and maintaining security standards through OWASP familiarity.
