Senior Software Tester with Strong Linux, MongoDB

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Senior Software Tester to join our MongoDB team at 3Pillar Global. This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our software products throughout the release process and beyond. As a Quality Engineer, you'll be responsible for analyzing and reporting defects identified by our automated testing frameworks, creating and implementing new test cases, and scaling our testing infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess strong debugging skills, a solid understanding of agile software development testing methods, and proficient Linux system administration abilities. You should be comfortable working with networking, hardware, file systems, and server connectivity. Experience with database technologies, particularly in backup and recovery processes, is essential.

We're looking for someone who can bring additional value through knowledge of MongoDB and related technologies, experience with CI/CD automation tools, and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Coding skills, preferably in Python or C/C++, are a plus, as is experience with performance and security testing techniques.
