The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of Unqork expertise and must possess Unqork Certification. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring you to guide teams, mentor other engineers, and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.

Responsibilities For Senior Unqork Engineer
- Follow Unqork best practices and guidelines to craft efficient, performant, testable, scalable, and secure code
- Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project methods and tools
- Validate requirements and maintain relevant documentation
- Foster collaboration with engineers, designers, and managers to solve user pain points
- Take ownership of projects from technical design to launch
- Guide technical direction and implementation within defined architecture
- Create and lead technical documentation and repository management practices
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on architecture and product strategy
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and complex bug fixes
- Mentor Senior Engineers through Communities of Practice (CoPs)
Requirements For Senior Unqork Engineer
- Unqork Certification
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working on Unqork projects
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Experience working in Agile development models
- Familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira, ADO
- Insurance and Banking domain knowledge (preferred)
