Software Engineer - React

3Pillar Global is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in React for a full-time, remote position based in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in React, MUI framework, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with additional skills in AWS and Docker being beneficial.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating effective communication with client project stakeholders
• Crafting efficient, performant, testable, scalable, and secure client code
• Participating in planning and estimation efforts
• Gathering requirements and presenting developed features to clients
• Executing complex activities within current methodologies and quality standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client success
• Engaging in agile software development practices
• Mentoring others and supporting the growth of technical capabilities
• Independently driving project delivery from conceptualization to deployment

The role requires strong communication skills and experience in Agile software development. Additional desired skills include proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, UML/C4/ArchiMate design, SOLID principles, OWASP, and English language proficiency.
