Responsibilities:

• Automate and Optimize: Develop automation tools and infrastructure to enhance efficiency across software development, testing, and deployment processes. Design and implement DevOps strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated code integration and deployment, aiming to reduce time-to-market and improve product quality.
• Cloud Management: Oversee cloud-based systems and services, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly to ensure high availability and reliable system operations.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development, testing, and operations teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and implement DevOps best practices on the engagement.
• Coach and Mentor Technical Team Members: Inspire, mentor, and drive excellence in a high-performing team as the DevOps expert on most engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with a proven track record in technical leadership and strategic project management.
• Expertise in advanced DevOps tools and practices, cloud architectures, and security best practices.
• Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional English communication skills with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
• Advanced certifications related to DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience in leading status tracking and reporting.
