Description For Conversational Engineer

66degrees, a leading Google Cloud Premier Partner, is seeking a Conversational Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru. This role is perfect for someone who can perform deep technical dives and communicate effectively. As a Conversational Engineer, you'll focus on user experience and build complex virtual agents for clients.

Your responsibilities will include leading discovery workshops, building and presenting conversational agents using Dialogflow CX, and working closely with product and engineering teams. You'll also create new concepts, wireframes, and prototypes, while establishing visual and interactive standards.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in building virtual agent solutions, preferably with Dialogflow CX. You should have a strong understanding of NLP, NLU, and data importance in virtual agent improvement. Experience with Java or Python, user dashboards, and prototyping tools is highly valued.

Responsibilities For Conversational Engineer

  • Lead discovery workshops to capture business requirements and success criteria
  • Build complex virtual agents for clients
  • Present conversational agents in Dialogflow CX to customers
  • Work through QA issues, feedback, and troubleshooting
  • Solve problems using all components of Dialogflow CX
  • Work with product, development, and engineering teams
  • Create new concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Establish visual and interactive standards documentation
  • Cultivate understanding of industry trends

Requirements For Conversational Engineer

  • 2+ years experience in building virtual agent solutions (preferably Dialogflow CX)
  • Experience bringing a virtual agent to market
  • Intimate knowledge of NLP, NLU, and model creation
  • Strong understanding of data importance in virtual agent improvement
  • Experience with Java or Python for data passing
  • Experience with user dashboards or analytical applications (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proficiency with prototyping tools (Invision, Figma)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of web and mobile trends
  • Strong conceptual skills and ability to create rapid wireframes/mockups
