As a Conversational Engineer at 66degrees, you'll be at the forefront of building complex virtual agents for our clients. Your role will involve:
- Leading discovery workshops to capture business requirements and success criteria
- Building conversational, friendly, and efficient virtual agents
- Presenting Dialogflow CX agents to customers and handling QA issues
- Creatively solving problems using all components of Dialogflow CX
- Collaborating with product, development, and engineering teams
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Establishing visual and interactive standards
Key qualifications include:
- 2+ years experience in building virtual agent solutions (preferably Dialogflow CX)
- Experience bringing a virtual agent to market
- Strong knowledge of NLP, NLU, and model maintenance
- Understanding of data's importance in virtual agent improvement
- Programming experience (Java or Python)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
