Conversational Engineer

As a Conversational Engineer at 66degrees, you'll be at the forefront of building complex virtual agents for our clients. Your role will involve:

1. Leading discovery workshops to capture business requirements and success criteria
2. Building conversational, friendly, and efficient virtual agents
3. Presenting Dialogflow CX agents to customers and handling QA issues
4. Creatively solving problems using all components of Dialogflow CX
5. Collaborating with product, development, and engineering teams
6. Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
7. Establishing visual and interactive standards

Key qualifications include:

• 2+ years experience in building virtual agent solutions (preferably Dialogflow CX)
• Experience bringing a virtual agent to market
• Strong knowledge of NLP, NLU, and model maintenance
• Understanding of data's importance in virtual agent improvement
• Programming experience (Java or Python)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
