Description For EA Engineer

A2MAC1 is seeking an EA Engineer to join their team in Colón, Querétaro, Mexico. This full-time, on-site role is part of the Operations > Additional Production Services department at A2MAC1 Latam SRV.

The EA Engineer will be responsible for analyzing electrical and wiring harnesses in automotive vehicles. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Following work instructions and procedures as a baseline for all activities.
  2. Adhering to internal policies and standardization according to specific procedures.
  3. Analyzing connectors, including their names, number of colored wires, number of pins, coating, and materials.
  4. Indicating the situation of the cable on every connector.
  5. Creating pictures with harness length.
  6. Analyzing each wire to find connections between parts.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of materials, production, and assembly lines.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and electrical harnesses.
  • Intermediate English language skills.
