(Senior) Solution Engineer/ Architect

The Solution Engineer/Architect at A2MAC1 is a crucial role that combines technical expertise with sales skills. You'll be responsible for presenting and promoting A2MAC1's SaaS products and platforms to prospects and customers, focusing on understanding client requirements and crafting tailored technical sales strategies and solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Evangelizing A2MAC1's offerings to customers, including C-level executives, Engineering, Purchasing, and Product Management.
• Assessing how business processes and operations are impacted by technology.
• Presenting findings on key pain points and proposing solutions to meet business needs and maximize ROI.
• Contributing to technical sales strategy development.
• Proposing solution architectures that support end-to-end business processes.
• Prototyping and demonstrating solutions and workflows.
• Delivering enablement activities like webinars.
• Collaborating with sales, Customer Engagement Managers, and R&D teams to provide the right solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience, excellent demo and presentation skills, and a solution-oriented mindset. Experience in Manufacturing and/or Automotive industries is required, along with programming skills, cloud and SaaS experience, and knowledge of corporate IT systems and processes. Familiarity with PLM, CAD, or ERP solutions is a plus.
