As a Journeyman Building Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining HVAC operations, mechanical systems, and electrical systems, while also handling basic carpentry and metal work. Responsibilities For Journeyman Building Engineer
- Provides engineering support for systems, maintenance programs, engines and operational engineering functions
- Analyze and seek solutions for design, operation, maintenance, performance of vehicles/equipment
- Review Service Bulletins from manufacturers
- Develop solutions and implementation plans, project justification, cost/benefit analysis
- Manage project implementation and coordinate warranty recovery
- Coordinate work with other operational groups for safety and regulatory compliance
- Operate and maintain HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems
- Respond to customer requests and manage work orders
Requirements For Journeyman Building Engineer
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- Engineering skill sets applicable to systems, maintenance programs and engines
- Must meet requirements for working in specific ATS environments
- Customer Service Experience
- Knowledge of HVAC operations
- Experience with mechanical and electrical systems
