Journeyman Building Engineer

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is seeking a Journeyman Building Engineer to support daily operations of building systems. This role operates on a Wednesday-Saturday (4/10 Shift) schedule with a competitive hourly rate of $69.52.

The position involves comprehensive facility management, including HVAC operations, mechanical and electrical systems maintenance, and basic carpentry and metal work. The engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing facility system equipment, responding to customer requests, and ensuring smooth building operations.

Key responsibilities include providing engineering support for various systems, analyzing and solving technical issues, managing maintenance programs, and coordinating with other operational groups. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities and technical expertise in building systems maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of engineering experience, strong technical skills, and customer service experience. They must be qualified to operate various building systems equipment and be comfortable working with both internal and external customers on technical issues.
