Building Engineer

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is seeking a Journeyman Building Engineer to support daily operations of building systems. The role involves maintaining and repairing facility system equipment, HVAC operations, and mechanical/electrical systems. The Building Engineer will work with both internal and external customers on technical issues, work scope recommendations, and failure investigations.

The position offers comprehensive responsibilities including engineering support for various systems, maintenance programs, and operational functions. Key duties involve analyzing and solving problems related to equipment design, operation, and maintenance, reviewing Service Bulletins, developing implementation plans, and coordinating with other operational groups to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

This role requires 1-5+ years of engineering experience, with plumbing experience preferred. The successful candidate will need strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service experience.
