Lead Building Engineer

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is seeking a Lead Building Engineer to join their team in Irvine, CA. This role is critical in maintaining and repairing all mechanical systems within a property, including HVACR equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and other mechanical or electrical building systems.

As a Lead Building Engineer, you'll be responsible for a wide range of essential functions, from operating and maintaining boilers and refrigeration systems to managing electrical power distribution and sanitary sewer systems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of building systems throughout seasonal changes and implementing a robust Preventive Maintenance Program.

The ideal candidate will have EPA Universal certification, extensive experience in building engineering, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and proficiency with computer systems and building automation.
