We are seeking Staff and Senior Full Stack Engineers to join our growing team. You'll be instrumental in building internal UI products to support LLM Model orchestration, evaluation, and dataset curation. Working closely with our Applied AI and product teams, you'll help create innovative ML-powered solutions that push the boundaries of Healthcare AI technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and building scalable, cloud-based services using TypeScript, Python, and React
- Creating tooling for ML model lifecycle support
- Developing LLM model orchestration infrastructure with an intuitive user experience
- Making critical architecture and technology decisions
- Enhancing platform performance and scalability
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, machine learning, and design teams
- Researching and implementing effective and scalable solutions
- Advocating for best practices and mentoring junior engineers
- Building user empathy and maintaining a user-centric mindset
- Contributing to ML infrastructure development
We're looking for candidates with:
- 5+ years of experience in building and scaling distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, APIs, and modern technologies
- Proficiency in cloud services, infrastructure as code, and containerization
- Leadership experience in engineering teams
- Background in optimizing AI-based systems (desirable)
- Experience in regulated environments (plus)

Responsibilities For AI/ML Front End Engineer (Staff/Senior)
- Design, build, and maintain highly scalable, cloud-based services
- Create tooling to support the ML model lifecycle
- Build scalable infrastructure for LLM model orchestration
- Make architecture and technology decisions
- Enhance platform's performance and scalability
- Work cross-functionally with other teams
- Research and evaluate commercial and open-source tools
- Advocate for best coding practices and mentor junior engineers
- Build deep empathy for users
- Contribute to the development and expansion of ML infrastructure
Requirements For AI/ML Front End Engineer (Staff/Senior)
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems
- Experience with TypeScript, Python, React, and Node.js
- Hands-on experience integrating and working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and APIs
- Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, GCP), infrastructure as code (Terraform), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience leading engineering teams or owning major software components
- Background in optimizing and scaling inference systems for LLMs (desirable)
- Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST) is a plus
