As a Staff/Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of building internal UI products supporting LLM Model orchestration, evaluation, and dataset curation. Working in a hybrid environment in San Francisco, you'll collaborate with Applied AI and product teams to develop innovative ML-powered solutions. Responsibilities For Full Stack Engineer (Staff/Senior)
- Design, build, and maintain highly scalable cloud-based services
- Create tooling to support ML model lifecycle
- Build scalable infrastructure for LLM model orchestration
- Make architecture and technology decisions
- Enhance platform's performance and scalability
- Work cross-functionally with product, machine learning, and design teams
- Research and evaluate commercial and open-source tools
- Advocate for best coding practices and mentor junior engineers
- Build deep empathy for users
- Contribute to ML infrastructure development
Requirements For Full Stack Engineer (Staff/Senior)
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and APIs
- Proficiency in cloud services, infrastructure as code, and containerization
- Proven experience leading engineering teams
- Experience in optimizing and scaling inference systems for LLMs
- Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST) is a plus
- Must be willing to work from SF office at least 3x per week
- Must be willing to travel up to 10%
