Senior Software Engineer (Quality)

As a Senior Software Engineer (Quality), you'll be instrumental in driving quality throughout the organization, focusing on both manual and automated testing approaches.

The role combines technical expertise with strategic quality assurance, requiring 5+ years of experience in software development and test automation. You'll be responsible for comprehensive testing strategies, from breaking the product to find edge cases, to implementing automated testing frameworks and optimizing CI/CD pipelines. The position demands proficiency in JavaScript and experience with modern testing tools like Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright.

Working from their San Francisco office (minimum 3 days per week), you'll join a diverse team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, and engineers. The compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $165,000-$175,000 plus equity, comprehensive benefits including medical coverage, 401k matching, and generous PTO.
