As a Senior MLOps & Prompt Engineer, you'll be instrumental in strengthening their machine learning operations and prompt engineering capabilities. You'll be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable infrastructure for LLM systems while developing robust frameworks for prompt management. The role offers significant input in technical decisions and system architecture as an early team member.
The position requires expertise in Golang, distributed systems, and AWS services, handling high-volume LLM interactions exceeding 100K per month. You'll work with cutting-edge LLM technologies and be responsible for implementing production-grade MLOps pipelines, monitoring systems, and observability practices.

Responsibilities For Senior MLOps & Prompt Engineer
- Design and implement production-grade MLOps pipelines
- Build robust monitoring systems for LLM performance and prompt accuracy
- Implement observability practices for large-scale inference systems
- Develop automated testing frameworks for ML deployments and prompts
- Develop and maintain prompt engineering framework and validation systems
- Implement prompt version control and deployment systems
- Work with domain experts to optimize prompt performance
- Drive improvements in prompt accuracy and efficiency
- Handle high-volume LLM interactions (100K+ per month)
Requirements For Senior MLOps & Prompt Engineer
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in MLOps or LLM systems
- Strong expertise in Golang and distributed systems
- Production experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, CloudWatch)
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for ML systems
- Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in building monitoring and observability systems
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM deployment at scale
