Description For Angular Engineer

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a motivated and inquisitive Angular Engineer to join their team in Washington, DC. This role is perfect for a developer who enjoys using their skills to deliver innovative solutions that help federal clients improve services for the American public.

As an Angular Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing user interfaces for national security-related software using the Angular framework. You'll translate wireframes into code, collaborate with back-end developers, and focus on UI/UX design to improve application usability. The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in Angular, with at least 6 years of software development experience and 4 years working with JavaScript frameworks or TypeScript.

Key responsibilities include developing new user-facing features using Angular, translating wireframes into code, collaborating with back-end developers, and writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. You'll need to possess an Active TS Clearance or higher and be willing to work 50% on-site in DC.

  • Strong proficiency in Angular
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
  • Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • US Citizenship required
  • Must currently possess an Active TS Clearance or higher
  • Will need to sit for CI poly if you do not currently possess
  • 50% on site in DC
