Description For Cloud DevOps Engineer

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, build, test, and deploy mission-critical cloud application and service solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in full cycle software development and leading technical solutions through Agile processes.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing efficient CI/CD processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive DevOps best practices, maintaining comprehensive system documentation, and enhancing Cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Requirements for this position include:

  • 3+ years of experience with Python or equivalent scripting language
  • 2+ years of experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools
  • 2+ years of experience with Configuration as Code tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
  • 2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Gitlab CI/CD or Jenkins
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments
  • A minimum active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)

  • Developing and managing efficient CI/CD processes to enable continuous integration and delivery
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of best DevOps practices and streamline deployment and development pipelines
  • Maintaining comprehensive system documentation to ensure efficient knowledge sharing and system transparency
  • Maintain and enhance Cloud resources with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
