Description For Identity and Access Management Support Engineer

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Identity and Access Management Support Engineer to join their team. This role is responsible for the operation and support of the Accenture Federal Services Identity Management Infrastructure, including Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, M365, Microsoft Identity Manager, PKI, and other associated tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Identity Object lifecycles (Cradle to Grave)
  • Design, implement, and maintain processes to ensure secure Identities
  • Create and maintain support documentation for Identity & Access Management service offerings
  • Create and define SoP and SoGs to support Identity operational processes
  • Work closely with customers to close incident and request tickets related to all phases of Identity lifecycles

Requirements:

  • US Citizen on US soil
  • 2+ years of Identity Management experience
  • 2 years of experience in Directory Services (Active Directory/Entra ID preferred)
  • 1 year of experience with Directory Synchronization software (Azure AD Connect/Azure Cloud Sync/MIM)
  • 2 or more years of experience with Authentication and Authorization technologies
  • 1 year of experience of PowerShell Scripting (or other scripting languages)

The role requires knowledge of Azure Application Proxies, Single Sign On (SSO), MFA, Conditional Access, and scripting which interfaces with Identity Services. The individual will also share responsibility with the team to be the Tier 3 escalation point for service requests and perform advanced troubleshooting of incidents.
